Return & Exchange Policy

1. If the items received are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt. We will exchange the products freely for you. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
 
2. Refunds are available within 30 days of the original date of your receipt of the items. All refunds will have a 20% processing fee assessed, the outgoing shipping costs that we paid already and the freight of sending back will also be deducted from the refund total.
 
3. Non-returnable Items
Used or damaged items, Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), used items, Labor and/or Installation Services, product itself that has been opened, customized orders.  
Return period: You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the logistics, and you need to bear the transportation cost yourself.
Return and exchange usage: The product and packaging can only be returned and exchanged. According to the guidance of the staff, provide relevant documents such as product order number, complete video and pictures of the product and packaging.
 
4. Do not send the returned product to the original address, please contact us before returning it.

5. The refund will be made within 3 days upon receiving.

6. Please contact us before you put a dispute or ask a partial refund/compensation.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
